Kudos to Scott and his team! They are the “go to” for car detailing! We decided to invest in having our 2023 BMW X5 exterior and interior finishes protected and preserved as long as possible. 6 year ceramic coating including wheels, PPF on door edges, rear entry and pillars, black plastic trim coating, tinting 2 front window (UV protection of interior finishes) and interior coatings. The attention to detail throughout including the engine was meticulously done. Amazing work. I will be back for yearly maintenance to keep our exteriors/interiors polished appearance lasting!

I had paint damage from a city road paint crew. I received an estimate from Shine Shop and submitted it to the city. The city paid me for the estimated cost. Shine Shop did an excellent job of removing the paint, however their invoice was the estimated cost plus tax. There was no notation on the submitted estimate that it didn’t include tax of $64.12 and the city considered the estimate as the TOTAL cost and would not give me the additional $64.12 for tax. The city told me not to pay the amount exceeding the estimate. Now I get regular payment due notices for $64.12! I agree with the city an estimate for a service should be the total cost.

This review is long overdue. I took my 2024 Hyundai Sonata to the shine shop for an Exterior Detail and it blew me away on how great it turned out. Yes, getting serviced by the Shine Shop is expensive BUT you get the best service imaginable. You pay for what you get. I will get another detail later this year.

I give you one star because I called on 11/25/24 today to get a price quote for my car getting tinted and this gentlemen named Scott answered the phone and I had my husband on a three way call so that he could also ask questions. Well they're was so much back ground noise that we could barely hear anything he was saying so my husband told him they're was to much background noise and my husband was in the military so it is kind of hard for him to hear but I have never been in the military and I couldn't hear either. Scott informed us that he was trying to do 5 days worth of work in 2 days and he's in the shop and he wasn't going to stop what he was doing to help us. My Husband told him we would call back at a later date but that's not going to happen they definitely lost customers today.
